Water Heater Maintenance

- T&P Valve Test: The temperature and pressure relief valve is tested to ensure the tank doesn’t overpressurize.
- Thermostat Check: We verify it’s working and that the temperature is set between 120℉ and 140℉.
- Anode Rod Check: Not needed every year, but since this part attracts corrosive elements, it should be replaced if it’s deteriorating.
